The Wisconsin Horse Council's District 3 would like to congratulate Mister, (Shandala Dew), owned by Diane Sackett of Burnett, Wisconsin as the winner of the District 3 Horse of the Year! This award will be presented at Horse-A-Rama on May 7th.
